FOSTER

We’re always searching for loving foster homes, because every safe space you provide allows us to keep saving dogs who need our help. By opening your door, you’re giving a boxer a comfortable place to rest and recover while we look for their perfect forever home. If you’ve been considering adoption, our Foster-to-Adopt option offers a chance to make sure you and the dog are the right match. FACEBOOK/SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM MEMBER

As a social media volunteer, you’ll help keep our Facebook and Instagram pages active and engaging by sharing updates, success stories, and photos that showcase our adoptable dogs. You’ll interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Your creativity and passion for animals will play a key role in raising awareness about our mission and inspiring more people to get involved. If you love connecting with others through social media, this volunteer position is a great chance to make a meaningful impact!

FUNDRAISING 

Grassroots Fundraising Team Member 

We are searching for warm, outgoing people to join our team. We believe in the power of community and want to bring folks together to help rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need. If you’re excited about rolling up your sleeves and making a real impact through fun, local events, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Local Fundraisers: Brainstorm and plan small-scale events (think bake sales, dog washes, or neighborhood walks) that bring people together and raise money for our rescue work.

• Engage the Community: Reach out to local businesses, schools, and other groups to build partnerships, secure donations, and inspire support.

• Lead Volunteers: Collaborate with a group of dedicated volunteers, ensuring everyone’s in the loop and feels valued.

• Promote Our Cause: Help spread the word about our mission via social media, flyers, and word of mouth—so more people can learn how to help.

• Track & Share Progress: Keep track of fundraising goals, share updates with the rest of the team, and celebrate our wins together.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for dogs and a passion for seeing them find happy, forever homes.

• Friendly, patient communication skills—you’ll be chatting with a variety of people.

• Creativity and adaptability when coming up with ideas to boost local support.

• A willingness to pitch in on weekends or evenings if an event calls for it.

• Basic organizational skills to keep event details, budgets, and volunteer schedules on track.

​EVENTS TEAM MEMBERS

As an Event Team Member, you will work closely with the Events Coordinator to identify and secure local venues, ensuring each location supports our mission. You’ll also help recruit volunteers, manage setup, and oversee the event’s success by engaging attendees and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

​

TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Help us make sure dogs in need get to the safety of their foster homes by working with our intake team on transport logistics. You’ll coordinate trips from shelters or owners to fosters, and all you really need is a basic sense of direction—we’ll teach you the rest. It’s a fun, hands-on way to make a real difference for our pups!
